We are a licensed travel agent in Hong Kong (licence no. 240727). This is how booking and payment work.
Buying a deal online
- Choose the product and quantity and add it to your cart.
- At checkout, enter your contact details and, for every traveller, the title, name in English exactly as on the passport, and date of birth.
- After placing the order, pay by FPS or bank transfer and upload the payment slip on your order page.
- Once we have checked the payment we make the booking and email you the booking references and any e-tickets or vouchers.
Getting a quote (flights, hotels, packages, cruises)
- Fill in your trip and traveller details on the Get a quote page.
- A travel consultant emails you a quote with a link to confirm it.
- After accepting, pay and upload the payment slip as instructed. The rest works as above.
About payment
- We accept FPS and bank transfer.
- Fares and room rates change often. Prices and seats are not held until payment is received and the booking is confirmed.
- Orders not paid in time are cancelled automatically.
